Release & Receive: A Breathwork Journey What can I put down, and what do I invite in? Exhale what you are done carrying. Inhale the support you are ready to welcome.
This session is a guided conscious connected breathwork experience to help you put down old weight and make space for what truly nourishes you.
We will work with conscious connected breathing, gentle somatic cues, and simple integration so the shift you feel in the room can follow you home.
What to expect:
-A short teaching releasing what doesn't serve
-Safety guidelines and clear instruction for conscious connected breathwork
-A 60 minute breathwork journey
-Integration with journaling and a brief sharing option
-Take home practices to keep the work alive
Why it helps:
-Lowers stress and softens mental noise
-Supports emotional release without forcing anything
-Opens capacity to receive care, clarity, and support
Beginners and experienced breathers are welcome. All practices are guided and optional. You choose your pace.
Health & Safety Disclaimer for Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) uses a continuous breathing pattern that can create strong physical and emotional sensations. By joining, you agree to take responsibility for your wellbeing, listen to your body, and stop or pause at any time.
Please do not attend group CCB (choose a gentler practice or a 1:1 consultation instead) if you:
Are pregnant or may be pregnant
Have a history of seizure disorders (e.g., epilepsy)
Have a diagnosed aneurysm, retinal detachment, or glaucoma
Experienced a recent concussion, traumatic brain injury, or major surgery (past 6 months unless cleared)
Have uncontrolled high blood pressure, serious cardiovascular disease, or a history of stroke/TIA
Have severe or uncontrolled respiratory conditions (e.g., unstable asthma, advanced COPD)
Have osteoporosis with high fracture risk or any condition where strong breath or muscle engagement is unsafe
Are currently under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
Please get written clearance from your licensed healthcare provider before attending if you have any of the above conditions in your history, or if you:
Take medications that significantly affect blood pressure, heart rhythm, or breathing
Live with complex mental health conditions (e.g., active psychosis, bipolar in acute phase), recent psychiatric hospitalization, or are in acute crisis
Are working with severe or recent trauma and are not currently resourced with therapeutic support
Emotional safety: Breathwork can surface strong feelings. If you are in acute grief or crisis, or have active self-harm or suicidal thoughts, please seek professional care first and consider a gentler, resourcing session.

By registering you affirm that:
You have read this disclaimer and either are medically appropriate for CCB or have obtained medical clearance.
You understand this session is educational and wellness-oriented and is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
You take full responsibility for your participation and choices.
