through a series of steps to Release those energies, neutralize their effects and Creating a new background upon which to Focus Your New and Uplifting Reality, the Life You Choose to Manifest through the media of paint.
You'll finish the day with a Beautiful Painting to Re-mind you of Your Desires, Possibilities & Focus.
