This event will allow you to release any & everything that may be holding your dreams, blessings, and opportunities hostage. So you can then write/draw/create a vision board of the life you manifest/pray for.
You will be provided with all tools such as
- poster board
- scissors
- crayons
- markers
- stencils
- random sheets of paper
- stickers
- glitter
- etc.
We encourage you to bring anything you may feel will assist you in making the best vision board ever. For instance, pictures, printed quotes, memorabilia, fabric, etc. You will also have the option to participate in a plate smash activity!
What is plate smashing you say?
As far as our google research goes, the plate smash idea comes from the Greeks. Used in a celebratory manner. Modern days have introduced the practice of smash therapy (rage rooms) where you go to a room or large controlled area to break as many things available/possible. The idea is that you can physically release anger and other surrounding emotions. Buuuuut thats not quite what we are doing.
The plate smash activity is specific to the crushing of, halt, interference, false hope, etc of whatever blessing, opportunity, or dream(s) come true that’s waiting for you. You will be guided through this exercise so you know exactly how and what to do. Be mindful that this may take more than one plate front and back.
Examples:
- Childhood trauma could be holding you down
- A bad partner continues to tell you that what you dream of is worthless
- You personally talk yourself out of greatness
