A 3-hour embodied journey to release fascia tension, regulate the nervous system, and rise into empowered movement.

This immersive experience combines fascia-informed movement, breathwork, animal embodiment, and Ecstatic Dance – supported by a powerful new sound system to deepen your dance experience.

We begin with grounding connection and a gentle arrival, followed by fascia exploration inspired by Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains. Together, we will:

Learn simply and clearly about the body’s key fascial lines and how they shape our posture, emotions, and mobility

Self-assess through mindful movement to discover where our fascia may feel tight, restricted, or out of flow

Release and hydrate fascia using Yin-inspired holds, spirals, intuitive movement, and playful animal-inspired drills

Learn 4 empowering breathwork tools you can use daily for energy, grounding, and emotional clarity

Experience nervous system reset techniques to downshift from stress into calm and presence

Fascia holds memory. Unfelt emotions, old stress patterns and unexpressed stories often live in the connective tissue of the body. They shape how we move through life—sometimes keeping us small, guarded or tense.

Through guided movement, rhythmic breath and somatic awareness, we safely access and release what the body is ready to let go. No forcing. No pressure. Just truth meeting movement.

We pause for a comforting tea break to integrate and connect as a community.

Those who feel called may participate in a symbolic face paint ritual – representing the release of old stories and the courage to step into new adventures. Paint your intention. Shed a layer. Become reborn through movement.

You will be guided into a powerful Ecstatic Dance Wave designed to:
