
About this Event
Experience deep physical and emotional release with this extended yoga and breathwork practice. We will work with the seasonal energy of autumn to let go of the past, rest the nervous system, support immune system vitality, and open energy channels. Postures will include gentle vinyasa, restorative yoga, seated Pranayama (breathwork), and deep relaxation. Gayatri will offer ear seeds, small pads that stimulate acupressure points to support recovery from trauma, addiction, grief, and anxiety. Hand-outs will be available to take some of these practices home with you. Please join us in community to take your healing to the next level.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. The studio is stocked with props. You may also like a journal and pen.
