Release and Embrace: A Pre -Holiday Collaborative Healing Journey
As we step into this often busy “silly” season, we don't always allow time for ourselves to integrate our experiences of this past calendar year, nor to prepare for what we want to bring into new one.
Join us for a mini retreat where we will assimilate and release what we are ready to from 2024 and create space for a new joyful abundant and beautiful easy journey into 2025.
We will create a scared space together, enjoy movement and powerful Breathwork and embodiment. We will have the chance to go within and invite deep healing for ourselves and the world, and experience collaborative/collective group healing. We will be bathed in a nourishing sound bath and have the opportunity to receive craniosacral/energy work.
Come prepared for gentle movement and to be moved.
