About this Event
When you care for a family member, making plans can feel impossible. Even worse, making back-up plans feels completely out of the questions.
Without a plan, though we may worry and there's so much to worry about. We worry about the next hospitalization, decline, help not showing up and significant weather event.
We believe every worry needs a plan.
Join us for a 50-minute planning session to create the plans you need. During our time together, you'll connect with Denise M. Brown, who has been supporting those who care for 30 years, and Certified Caregiving Consultants.
Our agenda for your time with us includes:
- 10-minute overview with Denise Brown
- Small group discussions with a CCC
- Wrap-up
If you'd like, you can continue to work with a CCC to complete your plan. The CCCs will share information on how to work with them, including costs, before we close.
After you register, you'll receive confirmation which includes a link to download your Family Emergency Planning Tool.
You can earn 1 CEU for attending this event. For this event, CEUs are free. (Scroll down to learn which professions can earn CEUs.)
