I, Olesia Trok — holistic bodywork practitioner, sound meditation guide, and founder of Relaxation Mastery by Olesia — invite you to a nourishing sound healing ceremony designed to help you let go of tension, restore your energy, and reconnect with your inner center.

Soften your body and calm your nervous system, releasing what the year has asked you to carry. Through breath and the first gentle sounds, we allow the body to exhale.
🌿 Restore
Receive the deep vibration of the gongs, crystal bowls, and sacred instruments.
The gong works like a wave — cleansing, harmonizing, reorganizing everything inside in the most natural way.

Come home to yourself.
To your truth.
To your heart.
Step into the New Year grounded, open, and renewed.
This ceremony is not about doing — it is about receiving.

Arrival & Doors
We gather between 6:00–6:30 PM to settle in, choose a comfortable spot, and gently prepare for the ceremony.
Doors close at 6:30 PM so we can begin the session without interruptions and honor the sacred space we create together.
Please arrive on time to fully receive the experience.

⚠️ Contraindications
Not recommended during early pregnancy, after recent surgery with metal implants, with pacemakers, seizure history, or untreated severe mental health conditions.
