This gentle class begins with easeful presence of STRETCHING followed by an immersion into a lovely vibration of SOUND THERAPY allowing your body and mind to surrender and calm to a deep state of stillness. 🌀Bring your yoga mat, pillow, & blanket for comfort. We do have extra to use at no additional fee.
🌀Cost $20 ($22 cc) Cancellation is required by 5pm the day before the session for refund of session fee. Refunds are not given for a no show the day of the session.
