About this Event
Yoga calm (Yin Yoga ) a is slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. . With the soothing composition of long held poses a focus on letting go, yoga calm will leave you feeling grounded. Within the meditative stillness of these practice, you will have time to connect to the present moment.
The class will be capped at 6 people maximum to give a more intimate and calming experience.
Carly will be using her own blend of essential oils during the savasana relaxation so you can deeply relax and let go. Herbal Tea will be available.
