Perfect for moms experiencing postpartum, prenatal, perimenopause, stress, anxiety, etc... this is the class for you.
Creating a relaxing setting for you to take a break for yourself and unwind.
Our sound healing class will put you in a relaxing mood with our sound bath, relaxing beds, and complimentary teas.
Class size is 4people per class.
