The crystal singing bowls and chimes help you to deeply relax, let go of stress and detach from the busy-ness of life.
Sound therapy is based on the premise that everything in the universe vibrates. The sound therapy tools emit specific frequencies to assist you to:
-move from your sympathetic nervous system (fight/flight) to your para-sympathetic nervous system (rest/digest),
-reduce stress,
-re-balance your chakras, and
-create a deep sense of relaxation.
This is an hour long session where all that is required of you is to let go, chill out and let me take care of the rest.
What to bring:
Your comfort is paramount for this session so dress confortably and bring:
- a yoga mat,
- a blanket,
- a pillow for your head,
- a pillow for under your knees,
- an eye mask (optional), and
- a water bottle.
The session is being held at the function room of 24Care Australia, located at 53 Dundas Court, Phillip.
Parking is available right outside.
