Meditation and Sound Bath, Sunday 16th FebruaryJoin us for an evening of peace and relaxation at this wonderful calming event

Join Susie, Sarah and Samantha as they facilitate a lovely evening of relaxation
When you arrive you can buy some raffle tickets if you wish.
Bring a comfy yoga mat or similar to lie on plus a pillow and blanket to get cosy as we will lie down.
Susie will do a short meditation to help us start off the relaxation.
Then Sarah and Sam will play gentle sounds from instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls and percussion instruments to help us drift off into a place of peace, calm and relaxation.
This can be really beneficial to calm the body and mind
Afterwards, we will have tea and cake and the chance to chat, plus we will drawer the raffle.
Cost: £22 per person to include the refreshments
