W hat is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves.

FAQs

ARRIVE EARLY

Doors open at 6:00pm. Please arrive between 6:00pm-6:15pm to give yourself time to settle-in and relax. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:20pm. (Latecomers will not be permitted to enter once we begin.) The sound bath will conclude at 7:15pm.

**Registration is required. Please register here via the Eventbrite website/app. $44 per person.

PARKING

There is some parking the back of the building and free street parking all around. I recommend to arrive a few minutes early for parking incase it happens to be a busier day in the neighborhood.

EVENT SPACE

The Sound Bath will be hosted at Darman Yoga & Wellness:

3206 Foothill Blvd, Glendale, CA

Please do not bring food or drinks into the studio besides water.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING

Please wear comfortable clothes.

You may bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag or blanket to lie on (there will be some yoga mats available for use if you do not have one). Some people often bring their own pillow and blankets to get extra comfy, as you will be lying on the floor for the whole session.

You're welcome to bring an eye mask too and really dive into the experience!

LIMITED SPACE / CANCELLATION POLICY

There are limited spots available. You may cancel your ticket (on Eventbrite) up to the day before the event. We do not refund or transfer tickets within 24 hours of the event; however, should you be unable to attend, you may give your ticket to a friend to use in your place.

I am offering this opportunity for anyone 18 years and older.

By signing up for this event, it is understood that although sounds baths may be therapeutic, they are not therapy. Jamie Givens is not a therapist and serves only as a guide. Additionally, the attendee(s) attests that he/she does not have covid, covid symptoms, nor has been in contact with anyone with covid for at least 14 days. The attendee(s) agrees to release from any claim: Grateful Balance, the other participants of this event, as well as Jamie Givens, any event sponsors, and the facility in which this event is held. Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Grateful Balance (and it's facilitator Jamie Givens) from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).
