About this Event
Join us for a restorative sound bath in our gorgeous little studio. Rest in comfort and relax in the soothing sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, dragon frequency tubes and gongs.
The sound vibrations and frequencies of these instruments work on chakra (energy) points in your body, with the intention of reducing stress and tension and restoring a sense of harmony, vitality, and balance within you.
What to bring:
Wear warm, comfortable clothing
Yoga mats and eye pillows are available, or bring your own.
A garden chair cushion if you prefer for extra comfort.
A blanket to keep cosy (your body temperature will drop as you relax)
A cushion or pillow for your head, and maybe another one to place under your knees.
IMPORTANT: Sound baths are suitable for most people, however, they are not advised if you:
Have a pacemaker
Are pregnant (first 12 weeks)
Have epilepsy
Have recently had surgery/broken a bone (within last 12 weeks)
First trimester of pregnancy | Unsupported serious mental health conditions | Sound triggered epilepsy
