In this special relaxing Aerial & Soundhealing class, you will be resting in just a few different poses. The focus is on letting go and listening to different sounds that allow you to go deeper within and connect with your body, your heart, and your soul. The class will be accompanied by small guided meditations and visualizations. This is the perfect class for you if you want to rest and disconnect from the busy external world, and experience an hour that feels like you are on holidays.
No Aerial or other yoga experience is needed for this special class. Simply be ready to let go, arrive within, and to breath.
