Feed the wild boars
Usually, you can feed the wild boars at the wild animal enclosure.
If you want to feed the wild boars or the deers, bring some apples or potatos. Maybe you can buy some food at vending machines theres, but they could be empty sunday afternoon. Better bring some ??.
Meeting Point
- We meet at 12:30 at S Heiligensee, on the platform, where the train arrives from Berlin city center
- You will find contact data in the E-Mail with your ticket (just in case)
Our relaxed hike:
- Starting from S Heiligensee, we have a nice walk thorugh Heiligensee and some sand dunes at the end.
- than follow the river banks of River Havel
- which merges into the banks of Lake Tegel
- We will arrive at the wild animal enclosure where we presumably can feet the wild boars and deers
- We will than finish our hike to S Tegel.
- Before might be able to stop somewhere and have a beer and a sausage.

Recommondations
- bring sufficient water and food (no restaurant plant during the hike)
- hiking shoes
- rain gear (just in case)
- sun screen, moscito repellant, hat against the sun
- Cash for the biergarten
- apples or potatos for the wild boars
The hike has a organizational fee, and you get more:
- just book the hike (less waiting list problems)
- the group is more reliable
- on the spot you will get an intro to the route
- Have a personal introduction round to get to know fellow hikers
- After the hike we have a telegram group to stay connected and get informed about future hikes and events first.
