The healing tones will help you release stagnant energy, quiet your mind, and align your intentions with your meditation herbarium. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat or cushion to rest on.During the creative circle, we will be making meditation herbariums. These will include dried flowers preserved in oil. You will also be able to add crystals and charms to your herbarium. Herbariums make great grounding tools when the cold keeps us from spending time outdoors. They are also pretty decorative jars to rest on any shelf.
