This will help relieve stress, anxiety, and insomnia, induce deep relaxation to lower blood pressure. You will unblock emotions, activate a deeper state of meditation.
ABOUT GINA: Gina created Breakthrough Breathwork™ using her background as a Board Certified Master Mindset Success Coach, Board Certified Master Hypnotherapist, Board Certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Certified Breathwork Leader and energy healer to shift you, your life and reconnect you with your mind, body and spirit. Gina's intention with her work is to help ignite your soul in living an extraordinary life thriving fully as your authentic beautiful self!
She encourages you to create a cozy and comfortable environment with blankets and pillows, and relax and let go. Come join her as she takes you through a truly immersive journey.
Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
