A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that uses sound and vibration within the soundwaves from the crystal sound bowls, to encourage deep relaxation and healing to nurture your mind, body and soul.

Please bring something to lay on such as a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket and a drink. Wear comfortable clothes so that you can be nice and cosy. The floor is hard so if you suffer with a bad back, please bring extra pillows or blankets for your comfort.
