A soothing relaxation to calm the mind and body.
Lay back, get comfy and enjoy a tuning fork sound bath and meditation to reduce anxiety and promote healing with sound therapist and spiritual life coach Nicki Greenham.
This is a fabulous way to leave the world behind and discover a place of peace and calm. Enjoy a unique blend of the Om, heart and Solfeggio frequencies to bathe your body, mind and soul with the optimum frequencies for wellbeing.
PLEASE NOTE this is a small group with maximum of 8 places. Tickets sales will stop 1 hour before the event starts, so please book early as I will not be able to reply to emails or messages after this time.
Dress in comfortable clothes so you can add or remove layers as necessary. Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are provided and you are also welcome to bring your own pillow/ cushions to lay on to make sure you're comfy.
This is an allergy-friendly event so no perfumes or fragrances. Please leave mobile phones outside.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: This event can stimulate emotional and cellular release/healing so if you are pregnant or have severe trauma/ depression, psychosis or cancer, please message me before booking.
REFUNDS: As places are limited, refunds are not available for this event, but if you can't come you are welcome to pass your ticket to someone else.
