About this Event
Vibrational healing in the form of sound frequencies, crystal therapy, breath and inspired singing will take you on a journey of consciousness expansion, helping you access what your mind, body, emotions and spirit need at that moment to be able to heal and replenish. Clarity, relaxation, relief, gratitude, love, connection and much more are some of the wonderful ‘side-effects’ of this experience.
In this 1.5hr event, you will get to:
- Relax your body and mind as you let go of accumulated tiredness and stagnant thoughts and emotions
- Press the reset button and replenish your energy levels
- Experience the expansion your consciousness
- Access a new level of awareness about your mind, body, emotions and spirit
- Experience physical, mental and emotional relief and/or healing

You will leave feeling rested, rejuvenated, and replenished on every level.
We will finish this event with a cup of organic herbal tea and a moment to share insights and ask questions.
