About the Sound Bath:
Sound healing through various techniques and technologies is the educated and conscious use of the energy and frequency of sound to reach identified goals and promote wellnessin the human system, including the expansion of consciousness. The gift of Sound Healing dates to the 12th Century.Singing bowls, gongs, bells, and drums have been used for meditation, communication, rituals, and healing. The foundation of Sound Healing is based in neuroscience and psychology. Studies have showed that our brains and bodies respond to sound both cognitively and physically.

An open heart, yoga mat, positive intention, water, a loving friend and your highest good.

Loose, comfortable clothing.
Saharah Ali is a certified Yoga teacher, Sound healer, Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Life Coach, and holds a BA in the science of Metaphysics in addition to certifications from Loyola Marymount University Yoga Therapy Program, UCLA, and California Institute for Human Science in Yoga Therapy, Physics of Sound, Sound Healing, and Sound Therapy. Over the past 25 years she has receive certification in Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Anasura Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pranayama, Pilates, and Spiritual Psychology. She has studied with Jillian Pransky, Bruce Schwartz, Tias Little, Jamie Ford, Johnathan Goldman, Jason Carnell, Paul Grilley, Jill Miller, Eric Schiffman, Shiva Rea, Sue Elkins, Dr. Caroline Myss and Cheri Clampett at Yoga House.
Rashied Jibri, PhD, is a Holistic Life Coach and Sound Healing Practitioner specializing in mind/body harmonics.He has been working in alternative healing the field for fifty years. Also, he is a Certified Teacher of Transcendental Meditation.
Rashied Jibri has a Doctorate in Transpersonal Counseling and holds a Practitioners Diploma from the International Metaphysical Ministry University Seminary.
