🌟 The Rest & Restore Sound Bath is an immersive experience that offers you a sanctuary of stillness, an opportunity to pause, breathe, and rest deeply. This sound bath is designed to gently soothe your nervous system as the sound vibrations wash over you, guiding you into a state of ease and deep relaxation.

🌟 What to Expect
- Grounding Breathwork – Take a moment to pause, breathe, and invite stillness into your body and spirit as we prepare for deep rest.
- Immersive Sound Journey – 432 Hz Crystal Alchemy Bowls layered with Crystal Pyramid, Tibetan Bowls, Ocean Drum & Koshi Chime work together to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for peace and renewal.
- Deep Rest – Gently drift into a restorative state as the body releases stress and tension, allowing the nervous system to soften and regulate.
- Integration Time – Reawaken slowly, feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
💜 Come solo or bring a friend! Suitable for all levels of meditation experience to simply rest, receive, and be carried by the symphony of sound.

What to bring?
- Something comfy to lay on - Yoga mat, camping mat, pillow, bolster - bring anything to make laying down for meditation more comfortable for you
- Blanket - to cover your body and keep you warm while lying down
- An eye pillow or cover to place on your eyelids
- Comfortable warm clothing to rest in, socks or a sweater to keep cozy
- Water Bottle - stay hydrated
About the Facilitators:
Lindsey, The Offering: Lindsey is a sound bath facilitator passionate about guiding others toward balance, relaxation, and inner peace. Through community sound baths, she creates safe spaces where participants can pause, rest, and restore. Using the frequencies of her instruments, Lindsey’s sessions encourage a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation, bringing harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
