☀️I'M BACK! 🎉 I hope everyone had a beautiful summer season.✨
🙏I’m grateful this season gave me permission to rest and lean into doing less.
🌟That pause was a gift which created space to reflect and reimagine how I hold space for our community through sound baths.
In the spirit of simplicity and doing less, I’m going back to basics. You’ll notice a shift in my offerings moving away from “moon events” and into Rest + Restore Sound Bath experiences designed to:
💫 Support nervous system regulation
💫 Reduce stress + release tension
💫 Promote deep relaxation
💫 Bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit
I’m excited to share this next chapter with you and continue creating spaces of deep rest and renewal.
🌟 What to Expect:
This rest and restore sound bath is an immersive experience that offers you a sanctuary of stillness, an opportunity to pause, breathe, and rest deeply. This sound bath is designed to gently soothe your nervous system as the healing vibrations of sound wash over you, guiding you into a state of ease and deep relaxation.
- Grounding Breathwork – take a moment to pause, breathe, and invite stillness into body and spirit as we prepare for deep rest
- Immersive Sound Journey – 432 Hz Crystal Alchemy Bowls layered with Crystal Pyramid, Tibetan Bowls, Ocean Drum & Koshi Chimes, soothe the nervous system, and quiet the mind, opening space for peace and renewal
- Deep Rest – drift into a restorative state as stress and tension gently release
- Integration Time – awaken gently, feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed in body, mind, and spirit
💜 Come solo or bring a friend! Suitable for all levels of meditation experience to simply rest, receive, and be carried by the symphony of sound.

About the Facilitators:
Lindsey, The Offering: Lindsey is a sound bath facilitator passionate about guiding others toward balance, relaxation, and inner peace. Through community sound baths, she creates safe spaces where participants can pause, rest, and restore. Using the frequencies of her instruments, Lindsey’s sessions encourage a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation, bringing harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
