About this Event
Join us for a 90-minute immersive experience beginning with guided pranayama and gentle Yoga Sangraha—grounding and calming practices that support nervous system balance, helping the body shift into rest and relaxation—followed by a soothing sound bath for deep rest.

• 60 minutes of guided pranayama + gentle Yoga Sangraha practice
• 30 minutes of sound meditation for deep relaxation
• A quiet closing moment
