- Unwind and relax as our certified trainers guide you through about 30- 40 minutes of gentle yet effective Yoga Postures, helping you to stretch, strengthen, and find balance in the body.
- Scientifially backed breathwork to effectively manage emotions and chattering mind.
- Guided meditation to delve into the higher states of consciousness, to find the calm, joy and inner strength from with in.
