This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks onwards. The class is also suitable for beginners to yoga, as well as people with more experience. You will learn helpful movements, postures and breathing techniques to bring some calm to your life, help you de-stress, whilst also improving flexibility and strength.Why choose this class?
