Relax and restore breathwork session

Join me for this beautiful breathwork session, designed to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and rest.

This will be a beautiful, small and intimate breathwork session and will take place at City Sanctuary Therapies on Foregate Street, Worcester. Please bring along whatever you need to create a comfy nest that you can snuggle down in: a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, cushion, etc. and a bottle of water.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a friend if you can't make it. Please just message me at [email protected] if you need to do this.
