About this Event
We begin the session with a short introduction to Sound Bathing and a meditation to wind down in preparation for sound relaxation.
Utilising an array of instruments with calming backdrop music we start to relax the heartrate, the central nervous system and the brainwaves.
The Crystal Bowls combined with other instruments have the ability to clear emotional blockages which can assist you in finding peace in your life and entering a tranquil state that enables the body to begin the healing process.
The session ends with another short grounding meditation to prepare us for the journey home.
You may find that you have a fantastic night's sleep!
Bring a blanket and a pillow to build your cosy nest to enable maximum comfort. Bring your yoga mat or one can be hired for £1.00.
