In this free, fully guided class you will learn how to apply the timeless practice of meditation to your daily life and experience inner peace, happiness and deep relaxation.
This simple, yet sublime practice is easy to learn and suitable for all levels whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator. Anyone can attend and benefit from this practice, no matter your age, background or religion .
Includes: Yoga breathing, mantra meditation, kirtan and a little Vedic Wisdom followed by tea and sweets.
