Our course was developed by Dr. Cassandra Bolar, an accomplished author, psychology professor, marriage and family therapist, and family studies researcher. With a deep passion for strengthening relationships and promoting emotional well-being, she has dedicated her career to education, research, and clinical practice. Dr. Bolar also designs courses and programs that foster healthy family dynamics and personal growth.

Introductions
Day 1 - Module 1
Info: The foundational module that breaks down the fundamentals of being equally yoked in a Christian marriage, understanding your unique purpose, and the importance of preparing for marriage.
Day 1 - Module 2
Info: Module 2 focuses on critical emotional and spiritual work that is needed to your heart for marriage such as examining the condition of your heart, addressing the fear of marriage, overcoming unforgiveness and selfishness, and committing yourself to doing courtship and marriage God’s way.
Day 2 - Module 3
Info: Module 3 highlights God’s meaning and purpose for marriage, and it also gives a detailed biblical explanation of the roles of being a husband and wife.
Day 2 - Module 4
Info: Module 4 focuses on God’s divine order for the family and how an individual’s relationship with Christ and marital relationship should be prioritized in relation to other responsibilities.
Day 2 - Module 5
Info: Module 5 provides helpful information and skills training in effective communication and conflict resolution.
Day 2 - Module 6
Info: Module 6 provides biblical and practical considerations for choosing a marital partner.
