About this Event
Overview
Our Friday evening seminar will introduce relational wisdom, which is a God-centered, biblically grounded, and gospel-driven form of emotional intelligence. Students will learn skills that enable them to reduce conflict, harness the power of emotions, build stronger relationships, and develop a compelling witness for Christ.
Then, on Saturday morning, we will discuss Relationally Wise Leaders and the relational challenges church, ministry, and business leaders face today and describe how they can model and teach relational wisdom (biblical emotional intelligence), peacemaking, and Christian mediation to inspire and equip their people to respond to life’s challenges in a way that strengthens relationships, promotes personal reconciliation, builds unity, preserves marriages and reveals the transforming power of Jesus and his gospel.
