Join us in Te Whanganui-a-Tara REC for this workshop to draw on the notion ‘leadership is always relational, and relationships are the essence of leadership’ (Giles, 2019). Kaupapa Maori understandings and research will add to the depth of knowledge relating to relational leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to wananga on their own experiences and contribute to a growing understanding of what relational leadership might look like within their own practice.
