About this Event
Humans are relational creatures. Yet never before has our ability to be in healthy, functional relationships (with ourselves, friends, family, and lovers) been more challenging.
✨ How do we connect?
✨ How do we navigate conflict?
✨ How do we express our deep inner truths and have them reflected back to us?
✨ How do we support others in the same?
This is an opportunity to deepen your experience of relationship–with yourself and others--through a series of exercises, experiments and conversations.
No previous experience with our work is required, all you need is a willingness to engage, a bit of curiosity, a dash of bravery and a willingness to take a risk.
