This in turn helps us take care of ourselves better and supports us to have more genuine and healthy relationships with others.
Connect to your true self through breathwork, movement, mindfulness - listening to the parts of ourselves that we often resist.
When we give ourselves time to be fully present, and listen to our emotions, we are more able to process what we are feeling in a healthy way.

Breathwork, Hatha and Yin Yoga, Meditation, Trauma Informed Coaching
Both facilitators will hold space for the attendees, creating a gentle and safe environment to explore your inner landscape.
