Let yourself be immersed in the presence of other human beings as we explore the reality of awareness and the expansion of the sense of self through playful yet precise games and exercises. This workshop touches what we call the “big self” or open awareness—relating from a felt sense of oneness rather than from our usual, separate identities. Please note: the practices can be intense, and your sense of self may expand or shift temporarily. You’re warmly welcome to this exploration of connection from a place of oneness.

About the facilitator
Daniel Ek is a licensed psychologist, mindfulness teacher, author, yoga teacher, and co-founder of Vänskapslabbet, which offers courses and trainings in Relational Mindfulness, Authentic Relating, attachment trauma, and co-regulation. Daniel works with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), with a special focus on awareness in relationships. He is co-author of Länge leve vänner – Forskning och färdigheter för att stärka dina vänskapsrelationer (“Long Live Friends – Research and Skills to Strengthen Your Friendships”).
