Welcome to Relatefulness Aarhus! We host events every other week for people who want to connect deeply with themselves and others 🤝🏻
---
- What is Relatefulness? 📚
Relatefulness is a practice inspired by Circling. It is a relational practice where we are present with ourselves, each other and what is happening right now. We explore the current moment and what is alive for us. We connect, follow aliveness and practice presence. Together and through talking with each other.
---
- What is it like to participate? ♥
Many things can come up in these practices, and while the space is held, it is not facilitated in the traditional sense. This means that you are expected to trust yourself and be prepared to take care of yourself, also when triggered. You will be invited into self-leadership and to communicate, respect and potentially explore your boundaries.
Relatefulness will often bring deep personal insights, help you feel yourself to a deeper level and see habitual ways of "being", that you didn't realize you were "doing". The practice will often open up new realms of connection - feeling deeply seen, getting a visceral sense of connection and intimacy with others and an idea of how you got there - an authentic contact that feels nourishing.

- Can I come if I haven't done circling or Relatefulness before? 🐣
Before deciding whether to come, please read this text:
The warnings, expectations and terms in the text hold true for this event.
Furthermore it will be helpful for anyone not "in the know" to get to know a bit before coming. Be prepared for the possibility of some confusion, as the practice will not always be introduced from scratch. Any explanation offered will also always be partial, as the possible expressions of the practice are literally endless.
But the short answer is: Yes. You are very welcome to join, even if you haven't been circling or similar before. Disclaimers and warnings apply, but welcome ❤️

- Time and place 🏠⌚
We will meet at:
Folkehuset Møllestien
Grønnegade 10
8000 Aarhus C
The formal event runs from 18-21.
After the formal program we invite participants to hang around, debrief and chill in more informal settings. This is not part of the official program, but often both very interesting and enjoyable.
