We talk about what's present in us and between us. Through slowing down and exploring the present moment in connection, we tap into the “magic” of relating that can be easy to miss in our everyday lives.
To create a space of presence, authenticity and curiosity, we will engage in Relateful practices in pairs and in the whole group. These practices of awareness and embodiment allow us to see more clearly, feel more deeply and connect more deeply. That's how we can step into a style of conscious relating that enhances the quality of our relationships.
We'll practice to:
•Bring presence and honest expression to what’s true while connecting
•Notice sensations, emotions, thoughts, and awareness
•Be with the impact of our expression, choices, and interactions
•Follow our curiosity and embodied aliveness
•Use meta-awareness to give breathing room to our experiences
•Check our assumptions, projections, and narratives about others
•Infuse our relating with more truth and love
These gatherings often include Relateful Fundamentals, Focus, and Flow. Let's come together for an interpersonal exploration of relational presence!
