As the Solstice invites us into the turning of the light, we gather to remember the radiance that lives within each of us. Rekindling Your Inner Light is a 90-minute guided practice designed to help you rekindle your inner flame and let it shine outward as warmth, gratitude, and goodness in the world.Together, we’ll move through a gentle blend of reflective conversation, a meditative RIM® experience, mindful energy movement, and restorative QiGong flows — all held within a sacred, heart-centered container. Through intention, presence, and embodiment, we invite the return of light not only to the outer world but to the inner landscape of the soul.
As we cross this threshold of light, may we remember: The spark we tend within ourselves becomes a beacon for others.
This session is an opportunity to:
