As we move into the shadow season and holiday events energy detox is a tool to aide in your current journey. Energy is like water. It courses and flows through the land and all living things. It is what moves us, connects us, and gives us life.
Sometimes, like water, our energy channels might become clogged or polluted. Emotional blockages, self-destructive behavior, and unhealthy habits may often cause our energy to become unbalanced and disconnected.
A spiritual detox can help when you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. Over time, life takes a toll — and a spiritual detox can be just the fresh start you need. It's a time to cleanse your mind, body, and spirit for a well-earned reset.
A spiritual detox is about cleansing your energy meridians of negative or stagnant energy.
Consider your energy meridians as if they were flowing waterways. When you are balanced and connected, your energy circulates freely throughout your body, freely flowing like a river or sea. However, negative thoughts and behaviors may sometimes build up and cause your energy channels to become clogged.
Negative or stagnant energy may potentially impact your spiritual, physical, and mental well-being. By spiritually detoxing your energy meridians, you may facilitate the release of negative thoughts and emotions and encourage positive energy flow.
The idea of clearing your energy may be relatively new to you. But, when you think about all of the energy we experience each day in our conversations and encounters, it's A LOT. And not all of it is good all the time. We often fail to realize that when we come across someone who is negative or trying to push their own insecurities and toxic feelings on us, we tend to carry that energy with us. .
This we evenings events will include:
6:30-6:45. Come in and get settled
6:45-7:00. Opening circle detox tea time
7:00-7:45. Detox foot soak while learning self lymphatic movements to activate your meridians and begin the movement of stagnant energies.
7:45-8:00 Break Grounding snack and tea time
8:00-8:45. Reiki Conscious / Subconscious Detox Session Detoxing of negative thought patterns, emotions, and projections.
8:45-9:00 Break Centering snack and tea time.
9:00-9:45. Energy Meridian Detox of negative/unhealthy energies, old stagnant/ static energies Detoxification of impurities.
9:45-10:00. Closing circle with Breathe-work calming, centering energies, and restorative balance.
We have 11 tickets available for this event.
This is a must pay in advance to have enough supplies.
Ticket sales will close Saturday at 2:00 pm
