✨✨Come share in community and raise our vibration in a Yogic experience meant to provide restorative, healing balance to our body's systems!!! 👉🏼Unlike other styles of yoga, this Restorative Yoga practice is a low impact where comfort is key. Here the body is intentionally supported with props during pose allowing for deep constructive rest. This slow, passive teaching upregulates the parasympathetic nervous system to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
👉🏼Our time together will include Reiki and Sound and Vibration Therapy. These methods provide another level of care to the body on an energetic level meant to relax and retune the body for better overall healing conditions and wellness.
