Led by a BACP-Accredited Therapist, this workshop offers guided relaxation, mindful reflection, gentle self-care practices, calming visualizations, and automatic writing to help you reconnect with your inner light. Allow calm, clarity, and seasonal inspiration to nurture your spirit, leaving you renewed and ready to carry warmth and balance into the new year ahead.
In this workshop, you will:
- Pause and create space for reflection
- Reconnect with your inner self
- Explore gentle self-care practices to nurture your spirit
- Engage in automatic writing to connect with your deeper self
- Experience calming visualizations to restore balance
- Cultivate calm, clarity, and seasonal inspiration
For your comfort please wear comfortable clothing. You may also wish to bring a small lap blanket to get cosy during meditation/visualisation.
