About this Event
Through this guided session by Dance and Wellness Coach, Adelene Stanley, abandon your “adult self” and become a child again, moving freely without fear.
Centred around dance improvisation and designed to unlock the humdrum of daily life, this workshop creates a protected space of self-discovery on the Rooftop of Tekka Place. Step out of your comfort zone and let your inner self rise to the surface. Reconnect your body and mind in this session which allows movement through space.
No prior dance experience is needed, so just come with an open heart and mind to discover yourself again.
