Reimagining the School Mental Health Workforce, a one-day event, coming together to share innovative, practical approaches to workforce development and retention in West Virginia. The day will consist of several breakout sessions and speakers, with CEs offered to attendees at no cost.

We’re thrilled to share that Marshall University iCenter team will be adapting their design thinking training specifically for this event. Design thinking is a creative problem-solving framework that helps teams deeply understand challenges, generate ideas, and prototype solutions. It’s especially useful for tackling complex issues like workforce development in school mental health.
