In this workshop, participants will use design thinking to shape the future of Singapore's education.
About this Event

This is a hands-on learn-through-doing workshop whereby participants would be introduced to design thinking methodologies through bite-sized learning, and collectively brainstorm for innovative ideas to reimagine education for the future Singapore.


The programme helps to:

  • Raise awareness of design thinking amongst the participants.
  • Impart design capabilities to educators, students and even designers.
  • Provide potential opportunities for collaboration of education institutions, relevant government agencies, education providers, educators, and students.

Trainer’s Bio:

Larry Seow is the Specialist in Design Thinking with Nanyang Polytechnic, driving critical foresight thinking, for heightening ambiguity tolerance.


He led and participated in workshops: Innovation for Productivity Programme in the Public Sector, Ministry of Manpower, Indonesia; Urban Social Research, Tokyo National University of Fine Arts & Music, Japan; Urban Social Renewal, Crisis Design Network (Tokyo/Chicago), Beppu City, Japan.


Larry Seow received a Bachelor of Interior Design, RMIT, Australia; and a Master of Design (Integrated Design), UNSW, Australia.
