About this Event
This is a fusion of Reiki, Yoga, and Integrative Mandala Art, designed with your entire Being in mind; Heart, Body, & Soul. We will begin the class with a Group Reiki Healing Attunement (to help clear any energetic blockages), then move into a 45min Yoga class designed to help balance the nervous system, by connecting to the body through the breath.
The Yoga practice will include reclined, sitting, and standing postures, and is suitable for all levels. Modifications and use of gear (like blocks or straps) for encouraged and will be explained to make postures more accessible to all. The class will end with a simple art experience to help you integrate our time together. You will be given colored pencils and a printed Mandala circle to fill with your experience in whatever way feels best for you, no requirements, judgements, or sharing necessary. This is a 90min experienced designed to support you. All you need to do is show up and you’ve done a great job.
Please wear whatever clothing you are comfortable in, sweats, shorts, leggings are all acceptable (note that yoga is typically practiced barefoot). Please bring your yoga mat and any supportive gear you have, and if you don’t have anything we do have mats and blocks you can use.
If you choose to pay at the door, payment of $25 will be due at the beginning of class, Cash or Venmo is accepted.
Military and first responders are always FREE.
Due to the limited number of seats, please be aware that when you register, your spot is held specifically for you. This will put others on the waitlist if we fill up, so please be sure to cancel if something comes up and you can’t attend. Thank you for caring for our community.

Dr. Adrian Campbell is an Intuitive Life Coach, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, Lumerian Crystal Healer, Independent Research Scholar, and U.S. Coast Guard Veteran. She has Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Electrical Science and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Depth Psychology with Somatic emphasis from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Each session with Dr. Adrian is uniquely crafted to the individual and can include elements of Jungian based Life Coaching, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Dream Analysis, Intuitive Aura Readings, and more.
