REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 1, 2025Berthoud Local Educational Series
Join us for a 2-hour introductory session designed specifically for gardeners, where we’ll explore the wonders of Reiki, Yoga, and other energy practices. You’ll learn the basics of Reiki – it’s history, principles, and the theories behind how it works. We’ll also introduce energy techniques beyond Reiki and share yoga postures that can support your body before and after gardening. This class will be a mix of lecture, guided meditation and gentle movement. Instructed by Bella Leilani, a Reiki Master Teacher with credentials in Usui-Tibetan Reiki Level 1, 2, & 3 and a 200 hour Yoga Teacher certification.
