Now more than ever the world needs healing.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and physical ailments will show up. If it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
In this training you will learn about the history, benefits, basic hand positions of this gentle yet powerful healing modality, and also receive an attunement allowing you to offer Reiki to yourself and others. This 4 week course is designed to give you time to practice and integrate this new vibration so that you feel completely supported.
