Reiki + Sound Bath + Thai Massage - June 15 @ Ebb & Flo Studio

While you relax in the beautiful sun-drenched room, you will be taken through the perfect blend of guided meditation and sound healing, bathed in the vibrations of Crystal Quartz sound bowls. During this experience, you will receive a personal, targeted Reiki and Thai Massage treatments, helping you to let go of what may be holding you back.

Come prepared to deeply relax, relieve stress, and begin to heal - body, mind and soul.

All levels welcome, no experience needed.

Please ensure you bring your own yoga mat - all other props will be provided.

About Daniella (Reiki):

Daniella is a certified Reiki Master, intuitive healer and psychic who specializes in balancing the body's energies, releasing chakra blocks, healing emotional traumas and physical ailments, cleansing auras, and more. Daniella shares her healing gifts throughout the GTA, offering group and private Reiki treatments.

About Sean (Sound Bath):

Sean is an E-RYT500 yoga and meditation instructor, yoga educator, and certified sound healer, with more than 2000 hours of teaching experience. Also with over 600 hours of training, Sean specializes in offering trauma-informed and deeply inclusive private and group practices throughout the GTA.

About Holly (Thai Massage):

Holly is a long-time student and certified instructor of yoga and pilates, as well as a Thai Massage practitioner. With an unconditional love for self-care, she firmly believes integrating these three practices into your lifestyle is essential to achieve and maintain wellness. Thai Massage is an ancient form of hands-on healing. You will sink deeply into supportive props as you enjoy the effects of gentle stretch and pressure point work to release stress from your body, and ease your mind.
